Hi.

I'm not back.
I'm forward.
Looking forward.

Changes.
Some may not be pleasing.
But some may be for the better.

Yeah, been on a pretty big hiatus. I've ended up logging off a lot of sites since stress has been starting to pick up and I need to step back from things. I think mainly in a lot of places I checked for updates I was looking for something tailored to my tastes and my desires, but nearly every time falling short. Essentially, I could either repeatedly refresh the page and hope something exciting would happen, or I get out there and *make* something exciting happen. I'm working on the latter.

Living situation is good. We're slowly tackling stress factors and changing things to help ease that, with some being harder than others. The past several months, I've been working non stop 40, 50, even 60 hours/week. Mainly, me along with my fiancée are trying to get caught up on debt we've been racking up over the years, but also working to get ourselves a mortgage. It's like we're real adults! The plan now is to move back closer with my family so I can be closer with them, especially considering all the changes that have been going on in the past few years. Admittedly, I'm just a bit nervous going back, but things are going to be great and we can start building our own future!

Anyway, just wanted to throw an update quickly. I'm still not quite returning in full force just yet, but I've been tickling Visual Studio and Unity again and hope to throw a couple fun projects here and there in my spare time. I'm hoping this time I can show what I'm truly capable of.

Updating a bunch of things here.

If it wasn't obvious enough in my previous journal entry, yes I am transgender and very soon will be starting transitioning. It's kind of a big thing for me so....yeah, hoping that goes well. Truth be told, the only place I've yet to tell (other than credit cards or the government) is work, but I feel things should be fine in that realm.

Arts-wise, might not see too much from me here while I'm focusing on game development. I like cheese.
